I had a pulled muscle in my lower back after a fall and could not lie down at all to sleep at night or drive. After two weeks I wasz recommended to try chiropractic treatment. The treatment was excellent- after even 1 treatment- I felt a difference but it obviously helped attending the full series, as by the end of 6 sessions, there had been such an improvement as to allow me to lie down! It has also helped constructively in managing pain relief for my arthritic hip and two knees. I have had excellent advice and treatment from Lisa and a wonderful friendly service from all of the reception staff. A a customer Service NVQ assessor I believ the staff here deserve some recognition on their customer service skills. Unobtrusive but very helpful and sympathetic. I am as back to normal as I can feel with my back. The treatment has done wonders for the relief of any pain endured from the fall and now is working in managing my arthritic left hip and both knees. A highly recommended service indeed!

I was in constant pain with no long term fix, massage and hot baths only relieves the discomfort temporarily. It was taking its toll me emotionally, i was sleep deprived because of the pain and couldn't stand, sit or lift comfortably. I cannot praise the treatment or people enough. I am an ageing sports man who's suffered low back pain for about 15 years. During the last 5 years its become so painful that it has restricted all my sport and even every day things I'd taken for granted. I came to see Nick out of desperation at the "last chance saloon" and I wish I'd come years earlier. X-Rays showed a lot of wear and tear and at first treatment was hard as Nick loosened the "rusty screw" that was my worn back- but soon it became easier and I started feeling more flexible. What really made the difference was the exercises- firstly form Nick and then from the physiotherapist Fraser. I have made myself make time to do ALL my exercises properly every day and sometimes twice a day, gradually building up the number and difficulty of each exercise. It is a discipline and requires discipline- it would be easy to miss a day- but what's the point! My health is the most important thing I have. It is a year since I first saw Nick and I feel completely different, better, fitter, more flexible and able to do things that had become impossible. Many thanks to Nick and the team.

I injured my back over Christmas and the painkillers prescribed by my GP were taking the edge off the pain. On advice from a friend I attended the clinic and had a consultation with Lisa Andrews who identified the probable cause of the pain and got to work! A month later I’ve gone from unable to work and attend work to being able to walk again! The treatment I have received has been first class and I would recommend to anyone!

Having suffered with neck tension and pain which added to frequent headaches I visited Dr Lisa Andrews for an assessment and subsequent treatment. Six weeks later ther is improved movement in my neck and lower back and less frequent headaches. This is not a “quick Fix” for a problem I have had for a long time but rather the long haul of a changed attitude to posture and movement. Must keep up the exercises!

I was involved in a car accident in December 2006 and had been suffering with chronic back pain particularly between my shoulder blades. I felt like I wanted someone to hang me upside down and hit me in the back with a hammer. Physiotherapy had removed some of the muscle pain but I knew something wasn’t right. I searched the Internet for a chiropractor in the area and was impressed by the website and called. My initial consultation with Dr Andrews was very thorough and I eagerly awaited my first treatment. My condition was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I was told I could make a full recovery. After 3 weeks I don’t need pain killers anymore and I am looking forward to getting back to health!

For 2 years I had spoken to my GP regarding a stiff neck and a strange sensation in my head which got progressively worse. The GP said there was no connection between the two and that the pain in my head was a displaced nerve that would fix itself.
