Our Clinic Assistants
Our clinic assistants are the mainstay of the practice and pride themselves on providing a professional and friendly care approach assisting patients during their appointment visits. They ensure the smooth running of the clinic and manage all administration and customer support. The team is headed by Ann Grier Practice Manager who oversees the strategic direction of the clinic and patient satisfaction.
Mandy Hobbs has been with the clinic since the early days and has a great rapport with patients and is well known for her care and attention to detail in her role. Mandy is a great advocate of chiropractic after many years of dance she enjoys the mobility chiropractic has given back to her in her neck and back. Mandy always puts the patient first and always has a smile to brighten up the day.
Pauline Harvey has worked in both customer services and within the NHS. She understands the need for a prompt and efficient service and has boundless energy that is infectious with our patients. She is always keen to help and is key in managing our relationship with private insurance and rehabilitation organisations.
Sue Tufton is qualified as a medical secretary and is a great asset to the clinic. She has worked for many years within the NHS and has a great interest in delivering excellent standards of care within the clinic.
