Here's what we do?
Full Medical Case History
Firstly your chiropractor will carry out a full in depth medical case history. We will spend time reviewing your past health history and also take time to understand your presenting complaint.
Examination and Testing
We will then carry out a physical examination testing nerves, muscles and joints. Sometimes it may also be necessary to examine other areas, such as lungs, heart and abdomen.
We will also if necessary make any arrangements for further tests such as X-Ray or MRI scans.
Diagnosis
Your chiropractor will collate all of the information made during this process.
This will form the basis of your Report Of Findings where you will be told in clear simple language, about your presenting condition, what can be done about it and what you should expect when you receive your first treatment.

Treatment & Lifestyle Plan
You will be told about any exercise or changes to your lifestyle or diet that may be beneficial, so that you can help yourself. You will also be advised of all costs that relate to your future care.
It would be appropriate, at this point, for your chiropractor to tell you of any likelihood of a recurrence of your problem, and the possible need for any ongoing supportive care.
Getting You Well
Once all of your questions have been answered and you are in agreement that you?d like to undergo a chiropractic care plan, it is likely you will receive your first treatment following your Report Of Findings.
Our friendly reception staff will then diarise a treatment plan schedule with you.
It is well worth bringing along a diary so that we can arrange the most convenient times for you so as to minimise the impact on your daily life.
If chiropractic appears not to be suitable for you, you will be referred to your GP or an appropriate specialist where possible.
